I was realy very positive surprised about the Service of the personal of the Hotel, The flexibillity, friendly and helpfull Staff. I can recommend this hotel highly for businesspeople. The room were I stayed in was very clean, large and super and kindly service of the roommaid(s)

The room was very nice and spacious, with two opening balconies overlooking the park across the street.

I like the hotel. The location is good which is on main road near all shops and other facilities. Staff was so great really helpful. Hotel design is good according to the spending. I would suggest people to stay here.

Great location right in the city center made everything accessible. I loved the spacious, clean Standard Double room with a nice view that let in natural light. The staff greeted me with warm smiles during check-in. The mini-bar had fresh fruit, a nice touch that showed attention to detail. I took advantage of the efficient laundry service that handled my clothes perfectly. Breakfast options were quite good, although it could have used some variety. On the flip side, the room felt a bit dated with old carpet, and I encountered some issues with the TV not functioning correctly, made unwinding after a long day challenging. There was also some noise from outside despite the soundproof windows, which could be bothersome at night. Despite these hiccups, the kindness of the staff and the convenience of the location really stood out for me.

Centrally located, the hotel offers excellent views and spacious rooms. The restaurant staff could be more attentive.

the room was warm, had private bathroom. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, super staff with their manager the best. the location in the bucegi mountains was super. it was also just next door to main square, the center of ploiesti, and shops, restaurants and public transportation.

The staff were professional and attentive. The central location allowed easy access to shopping and dining options, and the indoor pool offered a wonderful spot for relaxation.

No notable negative aspects.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room and it was impressively large, great for a comfortable atmosphere. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast included a variety of local specialties, fresh and delicious!
